Overall, Toing is a good application, especially in terms of pricing. However, the delivery time needs improvement. Compared to other food delivery apps, the process is noticeably slower. For example, food that is delivered within around 30 minutes through other apps from the same location can take more than 45 minutes on Toing. Improving the delivery time would make the overall experience much better.

Very disappointing experience. The ads mention “no extra charges” and no additional payments, but at the payment page, extra charges for delivery and other fees were still added. The order was also delayed by at least one hour, which was frustrating. Customer service and support were not helpful at all. It felt like I was only getting AI-generated replies instead of proper assistance. Also, the food prices are already high, and with the additional charges, the final amount becomes even m

Extremely frustrating and completely unreliable service. I placed an order for 3 items from Toing, waited patiently, only to have the entire order cancelled out of nowhere. Thinking it was an isolated issue with the restaurant, I went ahead and placed a second order from a completely different place—only for that one to get cancelled as well. Wasted over an hour waiting around, dealt with unnecessary refund delays, and ended up with no food. Total waste of time
